First Time Fliers

Get started on the aerial silks without having to worry about struggling to keep up with your peers. First Time Fliers is reserved exclusively for people who have little or no experience- maybe a class or two at the most- so that you can learn and grow together as a group. 


No athletic background? No worries. We literally start from the ground up. Over the course of 6 classes you will notice a measurable improvement in strength and body awareness. 

Registration for this course enrolls you in all six classes (class does not meet on 10/3). No refunds will be given except in the event of an emergency. Up to one absence can be made up free of charge at one of our drop-in aerial silks classes.
